I tailor my services to whatever a client needs or wants and believe collaborating with clients is the key to success.
I much prefer collaborating with people rather than working on my own. In fact, my body releases endorphins when I collaborate. And I believe the best results are achieved as a group rather than a single person. "Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much." Helen Keller
From a consulting perspective, I will suit your needs. I can analyse a project or an operation and provide detailed feedback & insight, or I can simply share knowledge and experience without any recommendations.
Every team and organisation has it's own identity, character and culture. When providing help, my goal is to suggest improvements and ideas without damaging or altering the good parts or underlying identity of a group. Turning everything upside down doesn't usually help.
Every team or organization has unique challenges and variables, so it's critically important for a consultant to listen, understand and and collaborate with a client in order to achieve the best possible outcome.
I can sit with a team/operation for extended periods of time or simply visit periodically or I can visit once.
